A meal of two halves!!

News has reached the sports desk of a great night out last night with a strong squad of mums taking on the strong Nandos line up. 

As you can see it was an interesting 3-3 formation with Aggett, Worth and Sloman proving to be a right well drilled unit. Nothing (including any white wine) got away from this strong formation. 

The attacking formation of Scanlon, Tapp and Cuningham showed great awareness and were dynamic in polishing off anything the waiting staff throw at them. 

It was a clear win for Central City and a good time was had by all!! Next weeks training focus will be on nutrition in high performance sport ;-)
